2009 'Step in2 Summer' and 6-week 'mini panic' programs

The Sept - Dec intake is completely chocka, there are still a few daytime appts left - if you're a domestic goddess with kids then this is perfect for you!  I will come to your house and take you through the 12-week program, and yes we can totally work this around your kids.  We have 20 men, women and couples about to complete their 2009 programs and totally rocking into the Christmas season.

This program is not full of hard to find, expensive 'health foods'.  It has been researched, trialled and tweaked to produce a program which not only focuses on portions and calories, but also the metabolic, hormonal, emotional, lifestyle and environmental factors which surround nutrition and health. Weekly sessions deal with food issues as they pop up to build a toolbox which is relevant to you and your life.

ABOUT ME
I'm certainly not rake thin, never have...never will be. I'm definitely not a bolshy personal trainer chomping at the bit to bark orders at you (unless of course you'd like me to). I know exactly what it’s like to be overweight with digestive and binge eating issues.  I understand how hard it is.  My long experience in helping myself and others is backed with professional nutrition and fitness qualifications, needless to say, you are in the hands of a qualified yet down to earth coach.

High fives and comedy are a staple of my service. (I give you permission to make me do 20 pressups if I forget to do either)
