GaraPlan is a Plan System which enables a builder or home-owner to have their project quantified at a minimal cost, without having to out-lay thousands of dollars to an architect or designer for detailed plans.
Once the project is quantified to the clients specific requirements, and the project is affordable, we offer the services to enable a building consent or any resource consent, anywhere in New Zealand.
The system began in its conception by Scott Simôn, the author of the plan system, to be used as a "tool" to help people reach their objectives especially if they do not understand the building industry and its pitfalls.
The plan system is sold on www.trademe.co.nz and is very popular with builders as the same plans can be used over and over again planning many projects for different people at a minimal cost.
The system consists of several modules ranging from smaller lean-to type porches and car-ports continuing through minor dwellings and studios/baches, through to full sized 6 bedroom houses.
We have also creat a Garage/Loft building called GaraLoft where you can have a double garage with a flat on top, which is ideal for a rentable accomodation.
GaraPlan helps clients all over New Zealand no matter the location and we specialise in providing draughting and design services for smaller buildings that are required to match a certain style, maybe to match a building that exists on the site, using traditional materials that will last and not leak.
