We specialise in moisture detection in homes, which is used as a pre purchase inspection report, Pre sale inspections for people selling their homes where prospective buyers may be worried about leaks because of the cladding and construction type.

We also specialise in electrical thermal surveys, to establish that there are no hot spots in switch boards, we are approved to conduct inspections by most insurance companies and many give our name and contact details when asking clients to have a thermal imaging survey done
