Infrascan offers a thermal imaging service using the very latest "FLIR" infrared cameras and produce a detailed written report that is easily understood. We are happy to give no obligation quotes, or where the job cannot be accurately defined we will give an estimate of likely costs. We specialise in moisture detection in homes, which is used as a pre purchase inspection report, Pre sale inspections for people selling their homes where prospective buyers may be worried about leaks because of the cladding and construction type.

We also specialise in electrical thermal surveys, to establish that there are no hot spots in switch boards, we are approved to conduct inspections by most insurance companies and many give our name and contact details when asking clients to have a thermal imaging survey done  

All work is carried out by fully qualified thermographers certified to level one
