Reiki is an ancient holistic healing method channelling universal energy to: Balance the body, soul and mind.  Reduce pain - increase energy, activate the body's own healing ability, strengthen the immune system, deep relaxation - relieve stress, recover faster ie: after surgery, illness, broken bones etc, great for during pregnancy, babies, children, adults and animals. 

For use in cancer patients to help lesson the side affects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, for pain, anxiety, brings comfort to the dying.  Reiki - the healing touch can be also a complimentary therapy alongside traditional medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture etc.

Indian head massage - focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face.  This massage is excellent for relieving the areas mentioned of tension, stress, aches and pains. 

Crystal healings also offered in conjunction with Reiki or on their own.
