Located opposite Wanaka Airport, the Have a Shot Shooting Complex provides a range of interesting and unique attractions at affordable prices. They welcome people of all levels of skill and experience, offering full instruction. Safety is the number one priority at Have a Shot, so you can be assured of a safe and fun time.
The complex contains a range of activities and attractions including:
- shotgun range where you stand in a booth and wait for the trap to eject a clay bird. The fun is in not knowing which direction the clay bird will be fired in.
- smallbore rifle range. Shoot .22 calibre small rifle shots in this indoor range. This range is enjoyed by people over the age of 12, and is especially popular with women. Full tuition is provided.
- battlefield. A fun team game where you fire sponge balls at your opponents. Like an ultimate game of tag, battlefield is a great team competition. Players are fully kitted out in safety gear.
- golf driving range to practice your swing.
- archery range where you can receive full instructions and help in hitting a target 15 metres away.
- 18-hole mini-putt. This locally-themed course is great fun for the whole family.
