Manufactures the entire spectrum of polyurethane applications, these products range from high density rigid foam to low density packaging foam. If a product can be moulded in polyurethane foam, we can make it. Production runs can be as low as 500/annum to as high as 50,000/annum for a particular product. We manufacture products for the following markets - healthcare, commercial furniture, commercial transport, (trains, buses, planes), bathware, sport and recreation. Some of our products include graphite filled foam (very high fire rated foam) and polyurea/polyurethane elastomer coated bath headrests.
