Kaiteriteri Regional Information

Kaiteriteri is one of the most renowned resort beaches in the Nelson region, drawing many holiday makers in the summer months. There is much to recommend it, not least its golden sands, safe swimming beach and clear, green waters. Kaiteriteri lies just 13 kilometres from the township of Motueka and five kilometres from Marahau, the primary gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.

Many stay at the local camping ground, behind which is Withells Walk, a 45 minute walk through native bush offering stunning views of the bay. Relax and soak up the atmosphere of this holiday setting: swimming, sailing, kayaking and playing in the sun.
