She decided to create a first-stop website for New Zealand pet owners, eliminating the clutter of cyberspace so users could find interesting animal articles, pet products reviews and visitor feedback, and other useful information easily, while being able to share their own ideas and experiences.

The Pet Hub's extensive pet care information listings cover every pet, from cats and dogs, to rabbits, horses, birds, fish and amphibians. Their pet care and pet products recommendations information focuses on important issues like genetic conditions, vaccinations, nutrition, desexing, grooming, exercise, and training, to name just a few, and each section gives a list of useful links to other relevant websites.
