Our client is an iconic beverages company with a diverse product offering and a brilliant company culture. Due to increased volume throughput, there are two opportunities for packaging team leaders in their South Auckland facility.
As a Packaging Team Leader you will be responsible for
- leading a high-performance packaging team of up to 15 operators
- working with supply chain, management and distribution teams to come up with practical solutions to operational problems
- people development,
We are looking for someone with
- Proven experience leading teams in a GMP food production environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative approach and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
