headquartered in the UAE, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, as well as Beirut and Damascus. 
The company has built a distinguished international reputation for its design expertise over the last 26 years. New premises in London recently joined an international network of locations which also includes premises in Beverly Hills, Paris, Frankfurt and Miami.

 Job Description for Architectural Metal Works Manager
  

• Has overall responsibility for all operations in the metal factory.  
  
• Determine the long & short-term goals for the factory to ensure positive results in the areas of manufacturing practices, materials management and inventory control.   
  
• Responsible for all production activity, for the maintenance of the production unit and the premises in good working condition, for the co-ordination of all manufacturing operation to produce the quantities required, within the quality and costs standards determined.   
  
• Develop long term & short term plans for increasing production capacity & decreasing costs.   
  
• Manage the allocation of resources in coordination with the Fit Out projects to achieve the project plan on time.   
  
• Determine and monitor the overall resource capacity (personnel and equipment) for the metal factory and set priorities to maintain production expectations.  
  
• Provide necessary technical assistance in tendering for turnkey jobs.  
  
• Responsible for manufacturing activities (Assembly production) which includes production of the existing products or new product lines, meeting production targets, managing working effectively, improving product quality and maintaining harmonious labor relations.  
  
• Responsible for different manufacturing processes such as CNC controlled machining, moulding, press working, assembly, metal cutting, pressing, bending, etc.  
  
• Responsible for interpretation of the engineering drawings.  
  
• Coordination with business units for service between Head office, factory

Education & Training  

Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in a light engineering company, Thorough knowledge of AutoCad  

Awareness of quality standards such as ISO 9001-2000 etc  

Our client offers you the opportunity to work in this tax free country in a thriving port located 35 kms southwest of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The area is home to the world's largest man-made harbour and is the biggest port in the Middle East. It is also home to "5,500 companies from 120 countries" and a man-made date palm tree shaped island.  
The company offers a competitive salary with Accommodation allowance, Transport allowance and personal medical insurance. After completing 12 months service you will be eligible for 30 days leave and provided with a return ticket to your home country (1 Person). They work 48 hrs a week from Sunday until Thursday and are closed on the Friday and Saturday. The holidays provided to employees are as per the local laws of the UAE. They do not provide Schooling costs, Relocations assistance, Furnishing allowance.  

The attractive salary package is Tax Free in UAE. The UAE offer an end of service gratuity equivalent to 21 days pay per year of service
