Production Team Leader - PM Shift Job Details

 Managing a team of up to fifteen operators you will ensure production outputs to schedule and labour, materials and waste costs are managed to KPI’s.  Ensuring accurate and timely reporting together with proactive attention to variances is important to keep your sector team in sync with the master production schedule.  

Experience in leading, motivating & coaching a high performing team is important as is exposure to a relevant ERP system, production/supply chain planning and management of budgets.  Whilst training will be provided in systems and processes relevant to the site, your core team leader background is essential.
