Essential Service Requires Professional Service Based Customer Service Staff

An essential position, this role is responsible for working to tight timeframes, whilst operating within a strict policy and procedural driven environment. Working for this professional, service based organisation requires commitment, quality and a high level of service.
You will be a customer service professional with the ability to deal with a wide variety of people on a highly professional level. Working across the public and private sector as well as dealing with individuals, this position is an essential role catering to the public of New Zealand both directly and indirectly.
With sound decision making skills, a keen eye for detail and the initiative to pre-empt issues, you will have experience working within a customer facing role and be confident in your ability to follow due process under pressure.
Operating across a 24⁄7 roster, we are looking for people with flexibility with shifts and a proven record of reliability and a sound work ethic.
The environment is modern, with full training, great surroundings and a professional group of people based in the Penrose⁄Greenlane area.
To excel in this role you will be able to demonstrate prior customer service skills have sound communication skills and hold permanent residency or citizenship. The successful candidates must be available to start in the role on 5th October 2009.
