Our client is an Interiors, Design, Manufacturing and Interiors contracting company
Headquartered in the UAE, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, as well as Beirut and Damascus
The company has built a distinguished international reputation for its design expertise over the last 26 years. New premises in London recently joined an international network of locations which also includes premises in Beverly Hills, Paris, Frankfurt and Miami.
Their list of credits includes interiors of palaces and private residences, airports, banks, airplanes, yachts, office buildings, private offices, hotels and restaurants, around the world.
Our client offers you the opportunity to work in this tax free country in a thriving port located 35 kms southwest of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The area is home to the world's largest man-made harbour and is the biggest port in the Middle East. It is also home to "5,500 companies from 120 countries" and a man-made date palm tree shaped island.
Only applicants with extensive luxury interior experience preferably from within the Marine or up market hotel and multi million $$ residential/palaces sectors should apply.
As an experienced Interiors Production Manager you can demonstrate:
- A minimum 10 years production management in luxury Interior Fitouts.
- Substantial experience in multi million dollar projects
- Extensive experience on 5 Star Hotels, Luxury residences or Super Yachts
- May have worked on High end commercial in a fast paced environment
- Excellent English Language communication skills.
- A qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture
- Ability to manage a diverse team to tight timeframes
- An assertive and "can do" attitude is most important
The company offers a competitive salary with Accommodation allowance, Transport allowance and personal medical insurance. After completing 12 months service you will be eligible for 30 days leave and provided with a return ticket to your home country (1 Person). They work 48 hrs a week from Sunday until Thursday and are closed on the Friday and Saturday. The holidays provided to employees are as per the local laws of the UAE. They do not provide Schooling costs, Relocations assistance, Furnishing allowance.
The attractive salary package is Tax Free in UAE. The UAE offer an end of service gratuity equivalent to 21 days pay per year of service.
