NZS.com is your source for the Netball Standings for the ANZ Championship 2008. We've also got the Netball Results which are updated in the NZS.com blog.

The tournament succeeds Australia's Commonwealth Bank Trophy and New Zealand's National Bank Cup, and is the highest level of competition for regional netball teams between Australia and New Zealand. The tournament comprises of 5 teams from Australian states, and 5 teams from regions (or combinations of regions) from New Zealand.

All but one of the teams (the Adelaide Thunderbirds) from the previous tournaments has taken on a new name for the ANZ Championship.

The 2008 competition operates as a 17-week tournament comprising of 69 matches. The teams are ranked according to the number of competition points they earn during the season. A team recieves 2 points for a win.
