- By selecting the tick box next to "I accept the NZS.com terms and conditions" and clicking on the Register button on the NZS.com Regsitration form, the User agrees to be bound by these NZS.com Terms and Conditions.
- NZS.com Limited (NZS.com) retains the right and discretion (but not the obligation) to edit, delete, reject or remove any business detail, website claim or other material the User submits or seeks to submit through their NZS.com registration.
- The User grants NZS.com an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to republish any material submitted to NZS.com, without limitation, in any format.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time by NZS.com Limited without notice. It is the User's responsibility to be familiar with the Terms and Conditions.
- The User indemnifies NZS.com Limited for any damages occurring through publication of copyright material from a source other than the User themselves.
- NZS.com reserves the right to decline the submission of any information at its sole discretion including but not limited to the low quality level of the content.
- NZS.com reserves the right to remove a registration of a User at its sole discretion.
- If a User is found to be breaking any of the Terms and Conditions in this document, at NZS.com's sole discretion, NZS.com will disable the Users's account.
- The User warrants that it will not submit any material: which is not original work in which the User owns the copyright, or which in any way violates or infringes (or could reasonably be expected to violate or infringe) the copyright, registered trademark or intellectual property rights of another person; which is (or could reasonably be expected to be) obscene, offensive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise illegal; which is (or could reasonably be expected to be) defamatory of any person; which racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability; or which the User knows or suspects (or ought reasonably to have known or suspected) to be false, misleading or deceptive.
- The User agrees to fully indemnify and hold NZS.com (and our related entities) harmless against any liabilities, claims, costs, loss (including consequential loss) or damage incurred as a result of any material submitted, or as a result of any breach by of these terms and conditions.
- Notwithstanding any indemnity provided under these Terms and Conditions, NZS.com and/or our related entities retain the right to assume the conduct of any defence to a claim brought against us, and of any proceeding or appeal issued by us, and the User agrees to provide all reasonable cooperation (including by making available relevant documents) that we may require from the User in relation to any such claim, proceeding or appeal.
- The User accepts that NZS.com will be required from time to time to email the User with information related to their Registration, Website Claim, Business Listings and/or other information relevant to the user from NZS.com as deemed appropriate by NZS.com.
- Termination of this agreement may occur with immediate effect for any reason whatsoever at the discretion of both parties by email to the parties registered email address.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and applied in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
