Dunedin's Centre for Adverse Reactions Monitoring is New Zealand's national monitoring centre for adverse reactions. It collects and evaluates spontaneous reports of adverse reactions to medicines, vaccines, herbal products and dietary supplements from health professionals in New Zealand.

A multi-disciplinary team of researchers based on the Massey University Wellington campus. The Centre's research programme covers all aspects of public health research, with a focus on non-communicable diseases; occupational health; environmental health; socio-economic determinants of health; Maori health and Pacific health research.

Te Pumanawa Hauora   (hauora.massey.ac.nz)  

A Maori health research programme within the Research Centre for Maori Health and Development at Massey University, with researchers at each of the Palmerston North and Wellington campuses. Their research covers tobacco smoking, Maori mental health and psychological wellbeing, and diabetes.
