Introduction

We're in need of a part-time accounts administrator with flexible hours. NZS.com is a small team of friendly, supportive people who are passionate about their work!

We are looking for a part-time accounts administrator who has prior experience in MYOB and is good with Excel. The hours are a flexible 8 hours per week.

We're passionate about the Web and are a small team of friendly, supportive, talented people. NZS.com is the number one Web directory in New Zealand in both traffic and size with 300,000+ users on a monthly basis.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Debtors
  • Creditors
  • Credit control
  • Payroll admin, GST & PAYE
  • General accounts reporting to management

Key Requirements:

  • MYOB experience
  • Good with Excel and Word
  • Experience with small business accounts
  • Sense of humour

You will need to have good problem solving skills, high attention to detail, be an effective communicator and have experience with MYOB.
